About the Role:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Client Services Representative to be the face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Greet clients and their pets with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer phone calls and emails, providing accurate information and scheduling appointments.
- Manage client records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Process payments and handle financial transactions.
- Assist clients with prescription refills and other requests.

- Collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure smooth patient flow.
To Be Successful In This Role, Your Skills and Qualifications Should Be:
